5월 12일 사단법인 SNS기자연합회 김용두회장의 언론변화 기조사가 전 세계 유명 메이저 언론사를 비롯 380여개 언론매체에 보도되었다.

 

김용두 회장은 야후파이낸스, FOX, ABC, NBC, 벤징가, 마켓워치, 마켓인사이더, 모닝스타 등 해외 글로벌 방송언론매체 보도와 함께 해외 탑매거진인 해외판 포브스에 '영향력 있는 인물선정' 추천도 이어지는 등 해외에서도 많은 주목을 받고있다.

 

김회장은 "고난과 고통은 피하는것이 아닌 이겨낸자가 되어야 한다. 사회적 가치를 회복하고, 위기로 치닫고 있는 지구촌을 회복시키는 일은 끝없는 도전을 통해 정신의 가치를 회복하는 일이다."를 국제 컨퍼런스 기조연설을 통해 지속적으로 주장해왔다.  

 

사단법인 SNS기자연합회  김용두 회장은 대한민국 언론개혁에 관련한 입장을 밝혔다.

 

전 세계가 공정, 윤리경영을 밝히고 있는 요즘 대한민국도 공정과 윤리 언론개혁의 목소리가 지속적으로 높아지고 있다.

 

언론 미래방향 또한 미디어와 Press + Social + Networking Service 가 융합된 시대로 전환되고 있다. 그에 발맞추어 사회적 네트워크를 통한 리더들의 사회공헌 방향과 조직관리는 어떤 시대보다도 중요해지는 때이다.

 

정보와 조직관리를 기반한 목적을 향한 추진력, 사회전반에 미치는 가치창출을 어떻게 현실화하느냐가 매우 중요하다. 어느 조직이든 문제가 생겼을 때 분석과 통계 그 과정도 중요해지고, 진심을 가진 적극적 대처방향도 중요해진다. 그에  따라 조직과 기업의 운명도 좌우되는 시대가 되어가고 있다.

 

아직도 과거의 이야기에 도취되어 오늘과 미래의 문제를 보지 못하는 리더는 결국 시대속에서 재평가 받고 추진동력을 잃은채 미래의 주도권에서 멀어지는 상황이 될 것이다.

 

진정한 지도자의 표상은 사회적 가치를 올바로 세우고 전방에서 리더가 먼저 행동의 철학을 통해서 사회적명성이 브랜드가 되어지는 가문과 혈통 기업이 재브랜딩되는 시대속에 우리가 놓여져 있음을 잊지 말아야한다.

 

대한민국은 1,000 여번의 전쟁을 겪었음에도 불구하고 영성과 정신이 살아있는  대한민국이다.  그 가치를 다시한번 전 세계에 올바로 입증하고 세워야 할 때이다.

 

김용두 회장은 "유럽 룩셈부르크 총리 및 경제부장관, 아부다비 두바이 중동 VIP들까지 올 하반기 행사인 국제 지도자 육성프로젝트에 초청 할 계획이다."라며 "미국, 유럽, 터키, 베트남,일본, 대만 등 국제 네트워크 및 국제컨퍼런스를 확장시켜 나가고 있다."고 강조했다.

Yong-do Kim, Chairman of the SNS Journalists Federation and President of the Seoul office of ITIMES newspaper, shared his views on media reform in South Korea.

 

Nowadays, when the world is revealing fair and ethical management, the voice of fair and ethical media reform in South Korea is constantly rising.

 

The future direction of the media is also shifting to an era where media, press, and social networking services are converging. Accordingly, the social contribution direction and organizational management of leaders through social networks are becoming more important than ever.

 

It is very important to realize the momentum toward the purpose based on information and organizational management, and how to create value for the whole society. It is becoming an era in which the fate of organizations and companies depends on the way they actively deal with problems and take sincere and proactive measures in the process.

 

Leaders who are still caught up in the stories of the past and do not see the problems of today and tomorrow will eventually be reevaluated by the times, lose momentum, and become distant from future leadership.

 

We must not forget that we are in an era of rebranding of families and lineage companies, where social reputation becomes a brand through the philosophy of action, where the leader first establishes social values and then leads from the front.

 

It is time to prove and establish the value of the Republic of Korea, a country that has suffered more than 1,000 wars, but whose culture is alive with spirituality and spirit, to the world once again.
